It comes to the end. Today's the last day I spent at SPUS. As the calender of activities says that Sister Nicole gave us before, today's the farewell and cultural night party. I was busy preparing for my performance because each of us had to perform something that related to our culture. The day before, Sister Nicole already gave us the invitation card and explained to us how’s the event going to be.

The event started at 3 p.m. at the Cultural Room in Senior High School building. Right I came to the room, I saw a lot of people there. So the event were attended by students of education department, SEA Teacher Batch 6 and 7 participants from SPUS, some students and pupils from our classes, some teachers of basic education including our cooperating teachers, faculty staff, vice presidents of the university and the SPC sisters.
The event started with singing Philippines, Indonesian and Thailand national anthems. We also gave some presentation about the experiences that we have got here for a month. I’m glad that some of the pupils from my class were there so I can thank them once again, because they are really good pupils and always taking care of me, also my cooperating teacher that helped me grow to become a better teacher. Mr. Prince also made us some short videos when we're teaching at class and it was kinda made me sad because I will miss the classes so much.
For the cultural performance, I danced traditional dance from South Sumatera, Indonesia, it was Tari Indang or Indang Dance. In South Sumatera, it's more famous with the name "Tari Dinding Badinding". I also wore a horn and it such a mark of minang people. Also, all the student teachers from Indonesia gave another performance, it's Yamko Rambe Yamko dance, it's Indonesia folks dance from Papua and we sang "Tanah Airku", Indonesia's folks song. It was such an excited performance and we made it until the end.

We also recieved sertificates from SPUS, that we have participated this program in SPUS. From UNP, we gave two university placards, for University as our reciving university and one for grade school as the school that we have done our practice teaching. SPUS also hand us their placard for UNP.
